Bozeman was the end of the day for me, and I spent the night near the town. Then, I went to Ted’s Montana Grill and had dinner. It was a long wait, but I got a huge steak and called it a day.

Walking around Bozeman, I was impressed with the retail mix. It is a true downtown that services the surrounding population with goods and services that you probably could not find at a mall. In addition to the great store mix, they had a number of good theater venues, and they all seemed to be in service.

I did not see too many people with a mask covering their faces, and in general, all the people I spoke with were pleasant.

There was plenty of sculpture and a few murals. One of the murals was a historic mural and featured settlers and Native Americans. It was a little worn but was a historic depiction that added to the stellar sense of place the town projected.

If you like to live in a remote setting with a great sense of community, I believe this is the number one place to move.
