Parking was tight when I arrived on the street. I had to go up the hill and park in a 2-hour space in the residential area. I normally find a spot right away, but traffic was heavy, and spots were not available.
I walked the street and noticed they were setting for what looked to be a festival. People were all masked, and there were many people on the street. Their dining scene was primarily a sidewalk café system.
There were more than a few vacancies, and some of them were unique boutique stores. The virus was keeping people off the streets as the crowd was thinner than most times I have been there.
There was some protest art, but there was a lot of art in general. For example, many of the buildings had signs supporting equal rights and social justice.
