There were a lot of vacancies in the town, but the inventory was extensive, and they're also were viable businesses and nice architecture. In addition, the town has an inventory of arts-related businesses and services.
There was a large display of public art that was clean and crisp, and there was a focus on the railroad’s influence on the town's development. The town looks like it was hit hard by the lockdown. I could not distinguish how many of the businesses were closed because of the lockdown and how many gave up and have not cleared out the inventory in a timely fashion because there was a pandemic.
I liked the town. I believe this town had a lot going for it at one point and was a gathering spot for shoppers and visitors. On the informational sign of the historic building business inventory, there were many “formally” written before the use was stated. The buildings may have been vacant longer. It was hard to tell.
