It looked like the town at one point had a strong theater district. However, the well-maintained public space was mostly devoid of people featured a sculpture and a few murals.

There was a splash park that had people visiting. However, I did not see anyone with a mask on during my visit.

There were a number of vacancies, some very large, there was a 4300 square foot restaurant space that was vacant and for rent. Three corner historic buildings were very impressive and anchored the downtown.

The streetscape was well down, although I do not favor their lighting scheme. The lights are not set low enough for pedestrian lighting and are supplemented by large cobra head lighting.

This provides two styles of lights in the downtown
