There were a lot of vacancies and some boarded windows and not a lot of people on the street. There were not many people wearing masks.

There were restaurants open, and some of them had outdoor dining. I did not see a special street area being blocked off for dining. There were people clustered around the restaurants.

There was a fairly unique sculpture offering and a few nice art murals downtown. I was struck by the lack of people in the on the street.
