The town has successfully implemented an art and entertainment strategy and was hit hard with no indoor dining and the theater closing for the pandemic. There were several vacancies as well as stores closed because of the lockdown.
This town has blue lights and brick sidewalks. It is a compelling outdoor color scheme. I saw the RAL 5010 blue in many towns as a complementary color. However, in Phoenixville, it is the primary color and helps define the space.
The town is known for the robust foot traffic was empty.
