Sioux Falls was a beautiful town with great historic building stock. The public area was well maintained.
They also used a sculpture strategy, and their offering included some colorful pieces. Unfortunately, it wasn't easy to take photos in some of the areas because of the sun’s positionnwhen I was there. It was one of the hazards of going to 3 or 4 towns in a day. Centralia Washington had a mural that presented similar problems.
There were not a lot of vacancies, and there were a lot of cars parked on the street. People were in the town, but a street pedestrian was hard to find.
